2011 - 2012 Miss Alabama Pageant Requirements and Forms

Miss Tennessee Valley and Miss Tennessee Valley's Outstanding Teen 2012 will be held October 29, 2011 at Muscle Shoals High School and 6:00pm.

Our deadline for applications is now over. Thanks to all who have applied. We look forward to seeing everyone at the pageant October 29th!!!!!

*Note: At the local preliminary level, you do not need to complete Attachment B - pages 17 and 18 of the State Contract dealing with Medical Information.
